instead of choosing a class advancement ability, you can choose a starting ability of another class. Must be verified with the DM as being appropriate and learnable by your character.
Please note that Lawful and Neutral cults are a minority on Carcosa. Most worship is of the Great Old Ones.
Also note that while Lawful Gods will from a humanoid standpoint appear to be opposed to the Great Old Ones, in truth their ideals and purposes in their actions just appear that way. Such gods should not be considered "Good" or "Benevolent". They may sometime appear to be, compared to the Great Old Ones, but they are mostly cold logical Alien/Machine Intelligences with their own cosmic agendas. Many do not in fact reside on this world.

Hastur the Unspeakable: [Chaotic]
* Cast to the shores of Dim Carcosa:
This miracle allow the cultist to cast a single target into the misty shores of Lake Hali if they fail a save vs Sorcery/Miracles. If the cultist makes his roll with a Natural 20, the target is cast instead to the streets of Dim Carcosa to possibly wander for enternity unless they can find their way out before going mad. On a Natural 1 the cultist him/herself is flung into the streets of Dim Carcosa.
* Navigation of Dim Carcosa:
This miracle allows the cultist to find his/her way though the random madness of the dream-like streets of Dim Carcosa city. If one knows of a specific location, this will assist in finding it. One could also find the domain of a Bleak Noble or market place. While this miracle is in effect, the cultist is immune to any SAN loss caused by exposure to the environment of Dim Carcosa.
The Slime God: [Chaotic]
* Dispersal of the Protoplasms:
This miracle has given you dominion over Slimes and Oozes. You can on a successful Arcane roll, drive back your level in HD of Oozes and other primordial blobs, with a bonus of +1 HD per point of success on your Arcane roll. This of course only affects types that are capable of leaving your area, though it will prevent Slimes from intentionally dripping onto anyone in the area for the duration of this miracle. It won't protect you from falling into a pit of slime. Intelligent types, such a Shoggoths can make a save vs Sorcery/ Miracles to avoid being driven away. Duration is cultist level in minutes.
* Neutralize the Feasting Ooze:
This miracle will temporarily neutralize the damaging effects of any ooze/slimes in the area of effect. If a character is being consumed by a slime for example, it could be removed without burning if done during this duration. (Area of effect is Cultist level x5 feet radius, for level actions) Any slime still present on a target that is not within the bulk of the slime mass is considered effectively neutralized, even after the miracle has ended.

* Mad Pipes of the Court of Azathoth:
This miracle allows the Cultist to call forth the music of the mad idiot gods that play in Azathoth's Court. All but the Cultist (and other Azathoth worshipers) in the area will have to make a SAN check with a penalty equal to the Cultist's (level x2) or lose that much SAN and gain a random insanity of the same rating.

The Consumed God : [Chaotic]
* The Consumed Flesh:
This miracle allows the Cultist to call upon The Consumed God to devour the flesh of a target, who must make a saving throw vs Sorcery/Miracles to avoid. If failed, they take 1D6 hit points per level of the cultist as The Consumed God remotely takes bite out of them. The effect lasts 1D4 actions. The bit out areas begin to swell with a sickly sweet substance like uncooked bread. If the target is killed in the process, there will be enough food to feed 2D4 people.

* Biomorhic Blessing

Note: These cultists get a +5 reaction roll when dealing with sentient Shub-Spawns.
* Fertility Blessing:
This miracle allows the Cultist to (via the Dark Mother) provide a temporary Fertility Blessing, which will allow the target to breed with any other creature and create offspring. These unions are often almost as horrific as the offspring that results from them as the target of this miracle will grow the appropriate variety of sexual organs neccesary to perform the deed with the target. The target must be a living creature and it need not have a gender or compatible gender with the target. At the end of the blessing the target must make a Fortitude save or keep their messed up downstairs plumbing, minus the ability to breed with creatures outside his/her own species. The blessing lasts for as many days as the level of the Cultist who performs the blessing. Roll 1D6 on each of the following charts to see the results of the birthing effect.
