Effect: Changes an emotional association from one memory to another.

Description:
This psychic gift allow the user to manipulate the mind of a target to
believe or think in different ways. One could for example detach the
emotional associations from a good memory/association & re-attach them
to a bad or other non-associated memory/association. Once per
successful session, this ability can in effect remove or give
an insanity at the rate of 1D4 points, plus 1D4 more every three full
levels of the psychic in his/her character class. Please note, this
particular ability does not remove the memories, though it shuffles
how one interprets the emotional response to those memories. (See
