Description:
Via this miracle the cultist is able to disperse a collection of clouds, fog or even smoke.
The area effected is one sub-hex (704 Yards) with a diameter of subhexes increasing by one for every
three full levels of the invoking cultist. This will not effect sorcerous effects if the effect is a
direct result of the sorcery, however indirect results of the sorcery can be dispersed away, such as those
from Sorcerous side effects.
The same will apply to any psychic/mutant power in the same manner as sorcery.
