Description:
This miracle allows the cultist to manipulate up to 10' cubed of water. Some possibilities are to
allow one self to walk upon water, stasisfy water, immobilizing a target within or stopping a wall of
water, or displacing such water to walk though an otherwise flooded area. The Cultist can only perform
one particular act with the water at any given invocation of this miracle and must be declared prior
to doing so. The cultist need not actually walk upon the water if choosing that option, but instead
ride it like a chariot or platform if he/she wishes. In the case of walking/parting though water one
need not worry about air depleting before duration unless you are carrying a torch with you.
For immobilizing a target in water, they must make a Will save to avoid. The cultist can affect an
additional 10' cubed area of water for every three full levels of the cultist.
