Skill Checks: (Includes checks to perform Spells, Rituals, Psionics, etc...)

Successful skill use: +1 xp to character

Critical success skill use: +5 xp to character (Plus character gets +1 in that appropriate specialization of that particular skill.)

Critical fumble skill use: +5 xp to character

Attack Rolls:

Critical hit: +5 xp to character

Critical fumble: +5 xp to character

Saving Throws:

Critical save: +5 xp to character

Food/Water:

Each day ration of consumable obtained in game though methods other than purchase or trade is worth +1 xp to the group xp pool.

Surviving a Near Death Experience (Going negative hit points but recovering.): +5 xp to individual.

Great but unsuccessful idea: +1 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Great and successful idea: +5 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Quick thinking action/idea: +5 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Detecting a trap, ambush or concealed/hidden treasures: +5 xp to the group xp pool.

Critical plan that saves one or more characters: +5 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Critical plan that saves the group or settlement: +10 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Solving situation without violence: +5 xp group xp pool.

For each hireling/slave of the characters that dies in scenario (not player inflicted.): +1 xp group xp pool.

For every player character that perished in a scenario: +5 xp group xp pool. (+10 xp if the death was epic!)

Performing class related activities in down time between sessions or encounters: +1 xp to individual, as appropriate.

Training Hirelings and others in down time between sessions or encounters: +1 xp to individual or group xp pool, as appropriate.

Furthering the cause of your character class and/or background (if applicable): +1 to +5 xp to individual. Amount based on amount of influence.
