Match report v Bellegrove B home

Never has a match been so different in two halves.

First half we could not pot the black. Moppy, rocket and OSW all were guilty of not potting blacks. Moppy and Rocket both had 2 shots to do it too!

In a flash we lost the first set 4-1. Only the Pwer winning the first.

Second set was lost too. Power, master blaster and John losing theirs. But to be fair to John he potted a sweet last red only for it to jump back out and cost him the game. The gods were not kind. we lost the second set 3-2 leaving us 7-2 down!

But these are the times to stand up and be be counted! A white wash of the last set for the master8s gained us 2 points and the draw! (which at 7-2 down it did not look possible! )

Result: lost 2-1 in sets but won 8-7 in frames gives us a draw of 2-2 in points (the same as last time we played them). An amazing come back to give us 2 points that probably take us very close to the winning line.
