Turtle Cookies
What you need:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel candies, chopped into bits
- 1 cup pecan chips
Directions:
- Cream butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and vinegar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add eggs and baking soda and mix until combined.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Add chocolate chips, caramel candies, and pecans and stir.
- Scoop the cookies onto a parchment-lined or silpat-lined cookie sheet with a cookie scooper.
- Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes. Let sit on the sheet for 5 minutes and remove to a wire rack.
