Philly Cheeseburger Gnocchi Bake

What you need:

    • 16 oz. pkg. gnocchi
    • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 small yellow onion, diced
    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 8 oz. chive and onion cream cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

    1. Cook gnocchi according to directions on package.
    2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
    3. Saute peppers and onion until tender. Remove veggies and set aside.
    4. Brown ground beef in the same skillet, crumbling as it cooks. Drain if necessary.
    5. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt.
    6. Add cream cheese mixture to ground beef and stir to combine.
    7. Add veggies and gnocchi and stir to combine.
    8. Sprinkle with cheese.
    9. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 10 minutes.
    10. Optional: After baking, broil until cheese browns.
