Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa Cookies

What you need:

    • 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2/3 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 4 packets salted caramel hot cocoa mix (1 oz. each)
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 bag (9 oz.) Nestle Toll House DelightFulls milk chocolate morsels with caramel filling
    • 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

    1. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa mix, salt, and baking soda.
    4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture gradually and mix until just combined.
    5. Stir in DelightFulls filled morsels and chocolate chips.
    6. Using a cookie scooper, place 10 to 12 scoops of dough on a parchment-lined or Silpat-lined cookie sheet.
    7. Bake at 350* for 9 to 11 minutes. Let rest on sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
    8. Makes about 3 dozen cookies (I got a little more).
