Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa Cookies
What you need:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 packets salted caramel hot cocoa mix (1 oz. each)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 bag (9 oz.) Nestle Toll House DelightFulls milk chocolate morsels with caramel filling
- 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa mix, salt, and baking soda.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture gradually and mix until just combined.
- Stir in DelightFulls filled morsels and chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scooper, place 10 to 12 scoops of dough on a parchment-lined or Silpat-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350* for 9 to 11 minutes. Let rest on sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
- Makes about 3 dozen cookies (I got a little more).
