Pork & Ramen Stir Fry
What you need:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb. pork chops, cut into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 4 cup coleslaw mix
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles or equivalent rice noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
- Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat 2 of the 3 tsp. oil over medium heat in a skillet. Cook pork and then remove from skillet.
- Heat remaining tsp of oil and cook broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Add coleslaw mix and garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then stir in soy sauce mixture and cooked pork. Heat through.
- Cook noodles according to package directions (if you use Ramen, don't use the seasoning packets). Drain and toss with skillet mixture.
