Pork & Ramen Stir Fry

What you need:

    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
    • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp. sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    • 3 tsp. vegetable oil, divided
    • 1 lb. pork chops, cut into strips
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 4 cup coleslaw mix
    • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles or equivalent rice noodles
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

    1. Whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set aside.
    2. Heat 2 of the 3 tsp. oil over medium heat in a skillet. Cook pork and then remove from skillet.
    3. Heat remaining tsp of oil and cook broccoli for 3 minutes.
    4. Add coleslaw mix and garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    5. Then stir in soy sauce mixture and cooked pork. Heat through.
    6. Cook noodles according to package directions (if you use Ramen, don't use the seasoning packets). Drain and toss with skillet mixture.
