Lemon Herb Chicken

What you need:

    • 1/3 cup EVOO
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice
    • 1 tsp. dried basil
    • 1 tsp. dried thyme
    • Chives
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • Chicken breasts

Directions:

    1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and spices.
    2. Place chicken breasts into a large ziploc bag. Then pour marinade over it.
    3. Refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight is better - be sure to flip the bag a few times). You can also freeze it - use with a month.
    4. Cook chicken as desired. We baked ours, but you can also grill or pan cook it!
