Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies

What you need:

    • 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
    • 7 oz. dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup frozen raspberries
    • 7 oz. white chocolate chips

Directions:

    1. Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in chopped dark chocolate until it's melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.
    2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and flour until combined.
    3. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
    4. Add raspberries and white chocolate chips and stir.
    5. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan with parchment paper on the bottom.
    6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350*. Check after 25 minutes.
    7. Let cool before cutting into squares
