Restaurant Style Salsa
What you need:
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained
- 2 to 4 jalapenos, take of top and remove or leave as many seeds as you want
- 1 yellow onion, quartered
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- A handful of cilantro (plus...to your desired taste!)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree to desired consistency.
