Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chunk Pudding Cookies

What you need:

• 2 sticks butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Vanilla pudding
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup peanut butter chips
• 1 cup chocolate chunks

Directions:

1. Cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla. Mix until combined.
3. Add vanilla pudding and mix until combined.
4. Add flour and baking soda, mix until combined.
5. Stir in peanut butter chips and chocolate chunks.
6. Use a cookie scooper to scoop rounds of cookie dough onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
7. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
