Frozen Inspired Cake Mix Cookies

What you need:

    • 1 box vanilla cake mix
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
    • A few drops of blue food coloring
    • Sprinkles!

Directions:

    1. Mix together all ingredients, add sprinkles at the very very end and stir in gently.
    2. Drop on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet by the tablespoon. Sprinkle with additional sprinkles, if desired.
    3. Bake at 350* for 8 to 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack.
