A community often consist of people from all different socio-economic,educational,and religious backgrounds.Veritably,it's not uncommon for members of communities to give back to their community by participating in community sponsored events or with charitable donations Admittedly,I learned at an young age that a community was not just a place where I lived, but it was a place that allowed members of the community to share ideas, talents, and religious belief. Also,I learned that showing respect for cultural differences in the community was just as equally important as showing respect for different religions.Unequivocally,I learned the importance of being a productive member in the community from the adults present in my life.More specifically,I learned the importance of community from my grandmother and father. For example,my grandmother ,a Vocational chef often was known to give her time as well as talent to her church and local soup kitchens on the holidays Likewise, my father was known to give his time and talents to the community by assisting the underprivileged and less endowed members of the community to obtain housing. Through the years ,communities throughtout the United State have played a vital roles in the instilling morals, developing religious beliefs and formulating work ethics in today's adolscence In some instances as communities values declined and, members of the community either lost their jobs or move out the community into predominantly more affluent neighborhoods the educate system was impacted. As result of imperceptible events, illiteracy, and lack of involvement from members, in most instances, many of these communities rapidly declined. At the same time, the inculcation of instilling morals and work ethics in youths was ultimately place on the school systems Nonetheless, overworked and underpaid, teachers acted more as surrogate parents to youth then as instructors.Subsequently, the quality of education was impacted by the rapid declined causing sub-standard education and in some intances it was the sub-standard living conditions that contributed youth dropping outbof school before completing their senior in high school. Consequently, the declining conditions in many communiites contributed to schools being label and called” poor or failing schools.Amazingly,as a young black youth, I was able to escape manyof the negative stereotypes attributed to declining communities because of the support from my grandmother along with assistance from her church. During the late seventies into the began part of the 1990's, the community I reside in was a viable and productive community with members from all different income levels, cultural backgrounds, and religious belief.Without question it could be stated I lived in one of the better commuinties in Broward county. Of course,as a young adolescent,my perception as well as views about community was different from the adults present in my life. Despite the changing economies,Presidents, fashion trends and hair styles, I continued to hold respect and reverence for the community I resided in as a youth. However, today with the increase in modern technology, the word “community” does not only exist to describe the place where a person lives, it also used to describe an internet community. Incontrovertibly, whether its “the community,”the place where a person lives or an “internet community” the place where people from all different socoio economic backgrounds conduct business, share ideas and disseminate information,it remains as an unspoken rule that having respect for members in the community plays an important role in the survival of the community Most importantly,a community cannot survive without the skills talents, respect and involvement from its members.Certainly, networking ,getting to know the businesses, and people in the community that I reside has throuhout the years played an significant role in my career choices and personal growth. En-trenchantly,I personally believe that every community has the potential for exponential growth but without respect for cultural differences and religious beliefs its destined for failure.Inspite of labels, and stereotypes associated with declining communities, especially black communities; its my prescience and understanding of the importance of community that remains one of the primary objectives as founder of cssacac Inc that I choose to develop an internet business that did not exclude individuals based on age, sex, religious belief, income or disability. From a young age, I learned the importance of serving the community and being of service to others by the adults in my life,Accordingly, csaccac Inc represents those morals and belief that I learned in my adolescences .
