Between the internal noises((ideas,rampant thoughts,opinions, social gist ) and the noises of life(everyday occurences,task,problem of the world,societal contradictons) it is a good to make a to do list and set goals.

During the past seven years as Editor of csaccac Inc monthly enewsletter and Newsletter,I've shared some of life's moments big and small on Facebook,Twitter and LinkedIn.

As a goal setter, I think of goals as a way of helping to keep me focused and grounded on the important things of life in the same way that the Editor Notes and csaccac highlights helps me to focus on important events. So,even when I am side tracked my goals bring me back to reality. At this time of the year, March is the month that reminds of the importance goals business,career wise, and personal. Most of all during the month of March I am reminded of the accomplishments of women whose efforts and works opened doors and paved the way for women rights. Several weeks into the New Year and before I could blink it's March, when I realized that without a plan or resolution to reach a positive outcome on my life,on my business and on my career that my efforts seem almost futile to exert the physical strength. Apart from achieving personal goals, the goal I've sought very hard to achieve is a successful business person as well as entrepreneur and not just an image.The motivating thought that propelled this chat is the brave,courageous,dedicated,

tough ,and strong women that has fought for women's rights throughout the decades.
