Passive Energy Source: The Humans Dependency on Artificial Evolution.
Theory
This essay proposes the theory that humans have been and are currently dependent on Artificial Evolution; ideas, designs, inventions and manufacturing; and that this dependency is self destructive.
Definitions
Artificial Evolution.
In the terms of this essay Artificial Evolution refers to the ability to form ideas, designs, inventions and manufacturing faster than natural evolution and natural selection cycles of replenishment, depletion and replenishment related to Earth time.
Humans
Humans are a collection of random densities in the space time of the Observable Universe that has evolved to detect itself detecting the Observable Universe.

Data
Each of the terms of Artificial Evolution can be quantified.
Ideas.
‘In philosophy, ideas are usually construed as mental representational images of some object. Ideas can also be abstract concepts that do not present as mental images.’
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idea
If ideas are taken as communications either between the Observable Universe and the human or each human then it can be shown that communications have increased in number and type through history.

Designs, Inventions
‘Design is the creation of a plan or convention for the construction of an object, system or measurable human interaction (as in architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, business processes, circuit diagrams, and sewing patterns).’
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Design
‘An invention is a unique or novel device, method, composition or process.’
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invention
Invention is produced from design which is produced from ideas which are produced from interaction with the Observable Universe.
It can be shown that designs and inventions have increased in number and type through history.

Depletion
Is the intent of the Observable Universe. It is randomly trying to reach thermal equilibrium where no further interaction occurs.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resource_depletion
Speed of Change
It can be shown that accelerations have occurred in the amount of tool manufacture such as ‘The Great Leap Forward’ period of human evolution 40,000 to 50,000 years ago.
This was the initial emergence of ‘abstract thinking, planning depth, symbolic behavior, art, ornamentation, music, exploitation of large game, blade technology, cumulative cultural adaptation, social norms, language, cooperative breeding, and extensive help and cooperation beyond close kin. ‘

Human Evolution
Humans
Our species; Humans; appeared 200,000 years ago on Earth.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatomically_modern_human
Source: https://sites.google.com/site/architecturearticles/home/article-201---the-architecture-of-the-already-complete-universe
Human evolution is only 0.002 % of the total existence, duration, extent of the Earth.
Human influence on the Earth; should be minimal when compared to that of the natural process.
The number of natural evolution and human products from the evolutionary timescales can be established and compared.
Natural Products
The Observable Universe has created the following components that interact to form products.
Allowing for 1e+80 Hydrogen atoms.
Allows for a total number of possible variations of atoms = 1e+7520
Allows for a total number of material things in the observable universe = 1e+7520

7 main product groups with hybrid variations in between.
Human Products
Humans have used the components of the Observable Universe; 1e+7520 in total; to create their products. The human products formed from this process are numerous and increasing.
The natural product process only produces 7 main products from this process.
The human product process produces exponentially more than 7 basic types of product.
The natural and human environment, resources and energy use related to the Earth can established and compared.
Natural Environment Evolution
Our Sun, Solar System and Earth were formed approximately 4.6 billion years ago.
For 9,200,000,000 years the Observable Universe existed without the Sun or the Solar System or the Earth.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun
The surface area of the earth = 510,000,000 km2
Source: https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#safe=strict&q=surface+area+of+earth+in+m2&spf=1499337611726
Human Environment Evolution
Humans have existed as modern humans on the Earth from about 195,000 to 200,000 years ago.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_sapiens
For 13,600,000,000 years the Observable Universe existed without Humans.
The land area of the Earth is about 29% of its surface area.
Humans now cover 30% of the land area of the Earth.
The natural environment process in 4,600,000,000 years covered 510,000,000 km2. 0.11 km2 per year.
The human environment process in 200,000 years covered 44,370,000 km2 . 222 km2 per year.
Human environment process are over 2000 times the rate of the natural environment process.
Natural Resource Evolution
The Sun and the Earth have a 10,000,000,000 year lifespan.
The Total mass or potential energy of the Earth, Oceans and Atmosphere = 5.9713552e+24 kg
As Potential Energy this equates to = 1.49077e+35 kWh
Source: http://www.calctool.org/CALC/phys/relativity/emc
Human Resource Evolution
Humans have a potential 10,000,000,000 – 200,000 = 9,999,800,000 year lifespan.
Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_sapiens
If the total mass or potential energy of the earth, Oceans and Atmosphere will last until the Sun dies then any additional use of these resources would count as depletion.
In 200,000 years of existence human depletion effects on the Earth can be quantified.
‘While a human in a hunter-gatherer society required around 3 kilograms of biotic and abiotic material a
day, the consumption of a present-day human in an industrial country lies at more than 40 kilograms per day (Fischer-Kowalski et al. 1997). The growing consumption of resources per capita and the rapid growth of the world population is increasing the pressure on the Earth’s ecosystem and could become a burden for future generations.’

‘The report from the International Resource Panel, part of the UN Environment Program, said extraction of primary materials has more than tripled in 40 years. Rising consumption driven by a rapidly growing middle class is fueling the rate.
In 1970, about 22 billion tons of primary materials were extracted from the Earth. These included metals, fossil fuels like coal, and other natural resources, such as timber and cereals. In 2010, that number had ballooned to 70 billion tons.’

The natural resource rates are being outstripped by the human resource extraction rates.
Natural Energy Evolution
The rate of energy flow input to the Earth (Sun and Moon) = 0.9 w/m2
Human Energy Evolution
The rate of human energy use = 481 wh / m2 = 481 w/ m2
Initial ratio of natural energy input to human energy use = 1 to 534
Humans are 1000 times less efficient than the biomass on the Earth at using energy.
Source: http://shrinkthatfootprint.com/average-household-electricity-consumption
Source: https://sites.google.com/site/architecturearticles/home/article-212---passive-energy-sources-food-chains
Humans energy process use 534 times more energy than the natural system energy flow and humans are at least 1534 times less efficient than natural environment processes.
Conclusions
Human ancestors have been using tools for 3,300,000 years.
Anatomically modern Humans and their ancestors; have been using tools increasingly from 400,000 years ago up to the present time.
It can be quantified and shown that Artificial Evolution; ideas, designs, inventions and manufacturing; have occurred and increased throughout human history.
It can be quantified and shown that the natural environment, resources and energy of the Earth are being extracted at a rate that exceeds the natural replenishment rate.
The data indicates that human influence on the Earth is not minimal. Humans are a large influence on the Earth by exceeding the natural process speeds.
Humans are dependent on Artificial Evolution; ideas, designs, inventions and manufacturing; and this is forcing the loss of environment, resources and energy at a rate that is self destructive.
These results indicate that the causes of environment, resource and energy depletion extend beyond the physical relativistic extraction, production and manufacturing level and into a quantum level within the density of the Observable Universe that is a human being.
No unconnected thing exists within the Observable Universe. All things are constantly interacting.
Every interaction and entanglement cycles energy into mass and recycles it back into energy.
Quantum Interaction between the environment and the density of a human being causes ideas that cause design that cause invention that cause manufacturing that cause depletion.
Humans will have to understand that every thought is a quantum interaction with the Observable Universe and that in an inevitably random entropic, necessarily depleting Observable Universe every thought has to be analysed for its effects on the total Architecture.
