Conclusions

The working population has the largest percentage of interaction with the overall population in the UK.

Central Government is the next largest percentage of interaction.

The Gap between the working population percentage and the Central Government percentage indicates that the interaction would occur vary rarely if the employment rates in each category are adequate for the current level of tasks to be carried out to run the society and the country effectively.

One curiosity of this comparison is the close relationship; in percentage terms; of the unemployed and the number of millionaires in the UK.

This may relate to the origin of the comments and topic of ‘wealth disparity’ in the UK.

The figures also indicate a state structure that has evolved from feudalism to democratic ‘consensus gentium’ where all members of the public follow an agreed, complex, often unwritten, legal and moral set of values that insist on them interacting with the state automatically each year in repetitive ways.
