This essay examines the nature of Architecture as Idea and Energy.
Principle
If building is a product of Architecture then Architecture must be the description of building. Its communication. If Architecture is a communication then its origins are in thought and idea. If Architecture is thought and idea then Architecture must have a physical definition as an electromagnetic energy level.

In this definition building is an action carried out by a human being but only after the thing to be built has been named, created and communicated. It is perceived as a product.

Translation
‘Chapter One.
Architecture is a science of many disciplines that is overlaid with various learning, and through proper judgment of each art it is perfected. The whole labor is born out of practice and theory.
Practice is the continuous and regular exercise of meditation, which is through the work of the hands and any material proposed through drawing.
Theory is the ability to meditate on, show and explain the reasons for the practice. ‘

In this definition Practice and Theory are the two fundamental natures of Architecture.
Practice; Architecture; is a thought communicated.
Theory; Architecture; is thought explaining the reasons for the contents and nature of the communication.
Practice and Theory are therefore fundamentally composed of idea and thought.

It is at this point that the search for the nature of Architecture as Idea begins to expose cyclical definitions.
The ‘idea’ is a ‘thought’.
The ‘thought’ is ‘produced by thinking’.
These definitions are vague and archaic.
A Quantum Viewpoint
If the nature of ‘idea’ and ‘thought’ are considered in terms of current physics then they become electromagnetic stimulus causing an electrochemical reaction inside an electrochemical, electromagnetic density; the human brain; inside an electrochemical, electromagnetic density; the human being; inside an electromagnetic density; the universe.
Idea and thought then become fundamentally electromagnetic energy interactions in nature.
An External Origin
The origin of idea and thought; as electromagnetic energy interactions; is external to the ‘human’.
They are both constant external electromagnetic stimuli from the universe as sensory input.
Ideas, thoughts and the universe then share a fundamental nature as varying densities of electromagnetic interactions within an electromagnetic energy density; the universe.
An Abstract Translation by Generational Teaching
The universe abstracts itself to humans through interactions of varying densities of electromagnetic energy. These varying energy densities resolve themselves through human sensory interception into electrochemical connections. These in turn resolve themselves through evolutionary human language analogies and names; taught by generational teaching from parent to offspring; into patterns that can be communicated between humans.
The Tool Density
Humans have improved the interaction with varying electromagnetic densities by combining multiple energy densities; materials; into tools. These are focused energy densities that enhance and maintain the universal process of depletion of energy into mass into energy towards a zero point density.
The Movement Density
Humans have increased the interaction with varying electromagnetic densities by evolving to move.
The Human Density
In the context of the other definitions presented in this essay the human becomes only a varying energy density in an overall process of constant varying energy density interaction. It requires no self, no mind, no consciousness, no emotions, no morals, no will and no determinism. It requires only energy density interaction to accomplish anything by sensory input, feedback, communication, trial, error, mistake, and success of pattern repetition.
The critical density of the universe for it to be in its current state is 9.47 x 10-27 kg/m3
The average density of the human body is 985 kg/m3
The average density of the human body, after maximum inhalation of air, changes to 945 kg/m3
A 70 kg human has a volume of 70 / 985 = 0.07 m3
985 kg converts to 5.52544453183215e+38 ev
70 kg converts to 3.926711850033e+37 ev
3.926711850033e+37 / 5.52544453183215e+38 = 0.071065 ev
So ev an m3 are in a 1 to 1 ratio or 1 ev per m3

The human being in observing and interacting with the universe changes its own density and that of the Universe.
If the human being changes its density it changes its electrical energy level in ev.
