Course Overview
Keep moving! Develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. In this course, you’ll participate in 50 hours of activity from four of the five dimensions of the PE curriculum:
Alternate Environments (outdoor activities)
Dance
Flexibility/Gymnastics
Games
Individual Activities
Students complete a minimum five hours in one or two activities of their choosing in four out of five dimensions. In addition to completing 50 hours of activity, you will be required to complete five projects. Each project will take between 1 and 3 hours to complete and can be completed in any order and at any time throughout the course.

PE 20 Reflection
Supervision: For each dimension, you will need a completed 'Supervisor's Declaration'. Remember that 100% of your activities MUST be supervised by a person over the age of 18.
*Parental Supervision is allowed. Coaches, physical education teachers, fitness instructors, lifeguards, and competitive athletes are examples of people who also are fit to supervise.
In order for a student to be successful in this course, VVS requires a minimum of 50% in the prerequisite course.
