Everything on the up and up! In Property Law, you’ll examine the laws that govern buying and renting both personal (things that can be moved around) and real estate (things that can’t) property. You’ll also explore laws that protect consumers when they buy goods and services, rent a property, buy a home, build a house, or make investments. You’ll even take a look at the legal implications associated with Internet transactions.
