Science 10

In our Science 10 course, students gain an understanding of the fundamentals of the four main disciplines of science: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Science. There are four unit exams and one final exam in this course.

*Some exams will be supervised using the remote proctoring software called Proctorio.  To write a Proctorio supervised test, students must have a computer or laptop with a microphone and a webcam.

In order for a student to be successful in this course, VVS requires a minimum of 65% in the prerequisite course. If a student has not taken the prerequisite course, they are still responsible for ensuring they have the prerequisite knowledge. Only one prerequisite is required. This course content assumes that a student has learned the topics covered in the prerequisite course. Prerequisite topics are not re-taught in this course.
