Course Overview and Materials
Math in the real world! In this course students will connect new concepts with everyday experiences. Activities focus on applying concepts, problem solving, mental math, and basic number facts. This course consists of four units:
Number Concepts
Patterns and Relations
Shape and Space
Statistics and Probability (Data Analysis)
PRIMARY STUDENTS: Materials are loaned at no cost, but must be returned at the end of the school year, or the student will be charged replacement costs.
ESA & INTERNATIONAL/OUT-OF-PROVINCE STUDENTS: Fees apply to required materials. Reusable loan materials have a refundable cautionary fee as per our Refund Policy.
