Course Description
Science matters! In this course, you’ll investigate the properties of matter, including matter and energy in living systems and the environment. You’ll also learn about energy transfer technologies and complete lab activities using common household materials. There is a supervised final exam in this course.
If a student has not taken the prerequisite course, they are still responsible for ensuring they have the prerequisite knowledge. This course content assumes that a student has learned the topics covered in the prerequisite course. Prerequisite topics are not re-taught in this course.
