Environmental Law

Do you have a passion for saving the environment? Today, most of us recognize that we need to make changes if our environment is to be preserved for future generations. However, relatively few of us understand much about environmental law as it exists in Canada today. In this course, you'll get an overview of the legal aspects of environmental issues: court battles that have been fought, judgments that have been brought down, and laws that have been passed to protect the environment. There are no supervised exams in this course.
