Course Overview and Materials
Keep exploring! This course, based on Alberta curriculum, provides the opportunity for students to question, explore, investigate, predict, manipulate, observe, describe, and better understand the world around them. Students will build on their knowledge and develop the confidence and skills they need to become better problem-solvers as they investigate and learn about four topic areas:
Rocks and Minerals
Design, Testing, and Building
Hearing and Sound
Animal Life Cycles
Materials for Grades 1-9 primary students: Materials are loaned at no cost, but must be returned at the end of the school year or the student will be charged replacement costs.Â
Fees apply to Out-of-Province, International, and Educational Services Agreement (ESA) enrollments.
