Course Overview and Materials
Explore more! This course, based on Alberta curriculum, provides the opportunity for students to question, explore, investigate, predict, manipulate, observe, describe, and better understand the world around them. Students will build the knowledge and develop the confidence needed to become better problem-solvers as they investigate and learn about five topics:
Exploring Liquids
Buoyancy and Boats
Magnetism
Hot and Cold Temperatures
Small Crawling and Flying Animals
Materials for Grades 1-9 primary students: Materials are loaned at no cost, but must be returned at the end of the school year or the student will be charged replacement costs.Â
Fees apply to Out-of-Province, International, and Educational Services Agreement (ESA) enrollments.
