Value Prop - All opportunities are created in the Value Proposition stage, this means there is an intro call and some interest in working with PeerSpot. Ops at this stage should be valued at $50k in line with our minimum package. The timeline must be in the next 90 days.
Proposal - Once we send over program options with pricing (from Dealhub) an op should be moved to the proposal stage. In this stage there is an interest in working with us on specific products.
Negotiation - In this stage, the customer has a contract option and is evaluating seriously what the final contract will look like.
Verbal Commit - Once you have the go-ahead from the customer that we are moving forward but you have not yet sent over the final SOW the contract should be in this stage.
Waiting for legal - The customer has an SOW but it still needs to be evaluated by their legal team.
Waiting for PO - When the op is in the waiting for PO stage there should be nothing left to do except for sign the contract. If there is other work to be done to close the deal it should not be in waiting for PO.
Closed Won - An op can only be moved to this stage when we have both a contract signed by both parties and a PO or PO number (for companies that have a PO process). For new business, there must also be a signed MSA.
