What we need from the customer in order to set up the program:
Product name
Category name
Dates
Filters (optional)
How they would like to receive these reports (CSV, SF integration)
Recipient list (if they want to receive the files via CSV)
Would they like to receive LinkedIn/DemandBase/6Sense files as well?*
Before setting anything up, when a Customer Win comes in, look at the opportunity and read all of the notes from the salesperson. Make sure that anything mentioned regarding the program are noted and implemented:

Along with our regular CSVs, our system can send the PI/SC data in a specific format that means the customer can download the excel and directly upload it into linkedin or DemandBase to begin targeting those companies/domains since it’s already in the correct formatting.
LinkedIn and DemandBase both have specific templates, so we send it already pre-filled in that format to make life easier for the customers to enable them to take action as easily as possible.
The customer will get the original 2 excels (your views + competitor views) + 2 linkedin excels + 2 demandbase excels (if both are ticked)

Once-Monthly- The report is sent to the recipients on the 2nd of every month.
Twice-Monthly- The report is sent to the recipients on the 2nd and 16th of each month
**Please note that information will only be sent once the program has been running for more than a week as there will not be enough data to send to the client within the first 7 days of the program.
