Rejections:
We allow the customer to reject up to 10% of their leads only if their reason is valid (lead doesn’t match their filters, info is bad etc.)
Once a lead is rejected from a campaign, it will never be sent to the campaign again and won’t show up as a valid lead for said campaign.
Valid reasons for lead rejections:
Quality- if the lead’s information is incorrect. In this case we should also be marking them as unusable so they aren’t sent to any campaigns in the future.
The lead is rejected because they don’t match filters that are outside of campaign (e.g. job titles, invalid email addresses in Convertr or Integrate)
The lead does not match the campaign’s filters.
Test leads were sent to test out an integration. These leads are usually old and not usable for the customer and are not supposed to be counted towards their program.
Whenever a lead/batch of leads is rejected from a campaign, a pop up will appear with a dropdown of 3 different rejection reason options:
Incorrect info (The lead has bad info such as phone number out of service, no longer works at the company etc.)
Doesn't fit the campaign filters (The lead was omitted because although it is a usable lead, it doesn't fit the campaign's filters. This will most often be used for intent programs)
Doesn't fit campaign external filters (e.g. the customer lets us know that they are a partner so they want to reject it)
Unusable/omitted leads should not be delivered to a campaign and then rejected from it. Only leads which are sitting in the regular M&P leads page and have not been delivered to their designated campaign should be delivered to their campaign, and then rejected with the proper reason (Doesn't fit the campaign filters).
Select 1 option per lead/batch of leads we are rejecting so that we can have visibility as to why leads are being rejected.
