Pacing
If a customer asks that we don’t deliver more than X amount of leads within a certain amount of time throughout the duration of their program, we have the ability to set a pacing limit on the leads campaigns- in editing mode.
Note: For intent leads programs, if the customer requires a specific pacing limit- it is important to let the affiliate know that they should be pacing the program as well on their end. This is so that the affiliate doesn’t deliver too large an amount of leads and because the system has a pacing set up, only some of those leads will be sent through and the ones that aren’t will become old leads by the time the system sends them through to the customer.
Over-Delivery
We do not over-deliver any program by any amount of leads, unless a CSM has been granted permission to do so from the finance team.
For intent leads- If additional leads were supplied by our provider we should deliver them to the vendor even if it means over-delivery of the program. However, we shouldn’t over-order from our suppliers to avoid over-delivering programs.
The PeerSpot system prevents campaign over-delivery by automatically pushing only the necessary number of leads required to complete a campaign. Any excess suitable leads are ignored, and a message is logged indicating which leads were not used.
Same-Domain Limitation
By default, the leads campaigns are set up not to allow more than 4 leads from the same domain be delivered to the campaign.
This can be updated depending on the customer's needs.
