Economic Buyer - This is the person that ultimately signs off on the deal without additional approvals. They also are the ones who allocate budget to their reports.
Champion - This is usually the primary contact for a deal. They work directly with the EB and have a strong influence in the final purchasing decision.
Coach / Influencer - To be used by sales only. This is someone who is not a champion and does not have direct influence on the EB, however, they may use the product and provide input.
End User - This is similar to Coach but to be used by CS only in closed won ops where we are looking to drive adoption. This could be a social team, web team etc.
Executive Sponsor - An exec that works with us and can advocate for PeerSpot within the org but is not a budget holder for this specific deal. For example, a VP product who is helping us with expansion to a demand program.
Procurement/Legal
External Advocate - This is similar to the Exec Sponsor but for a contact that is not at the executive level.
