Campaign Details:
1. Ensure that the campaign’s dates, product and filters were added correctly to the SF opp and match the contract. If there is a suppression/ABM list- make sure to add it to the opp and mention it in the notes.
2. For Sponsored Comparison programs- double check that the category the customer wants to use is available and not currently in use by a different vendor. Also make sure that it’s not scheduled to be used at a later date for a different customer.
Account Details:
Ensure that the CSM who will be in handling the account been assigned to the account.
Integration:
Ask the customer which integration type they would like to use for the program. Add any information regarding the integration to the DealHub notes.
Format Type:
Find out which format the customer would like to receive their reports in. The different format options we offer are:

Provide notes regarding the format in the DealHub notes.
Email Recipients:
If the customer is receiving the data via CSV, ask the customer to provide the list of recipients and add the info to DealHub.
KOC Docs:
If a KOC doc is needed for the program:
Request it from the delivery manager and provide them with the KOC date if possible.
Once the KOC doc has been created by the delivery manager, fill in the “Goals” section on the “Goals” page and the “Date” section on the “Campaign Timeline” page (the date should be when the KOC is planned for).
Delivery Manager Questions/Clarifications:
Before the program is activated, the delivery manager may send an email with questions regarding its setup. Make sure to respond to their questions in a timely manner in as much detail as possible. If necessary, reach out to the customer’s POC and follow up with them until all questions have been answered.
