Creating a Leads Estimate Request via Salesforce
The creation of a PeerIntent, Signal, Email BANT and BANT Telequalified leads is done via Salesforce.
Process:
Open the opportunity and click on the "Request Intent Estimate" button on the top right side of the screen:
2. Fill out the necessary information. Once done, click on "Next".
Note- If a required field isn't filled out, you will not be able to move on to the next stage of the process.
3. The following pop-up will appear, click on "Finish".
4. The request is now complete. It will appear in the "Lead Requests" section in Salesforce. The person who manages the requests will handle it and correspond via Chatter.
Closed-Accepted Status:
Prior to moving a leads opportunity to "Closed-Won", make sure to move the estimate request to "Closed-Accepted" status.
Once a lead request has the status of “Closed-Accepted”, it should be added to the field “Affiliate Leads Estimate Request” of the relevant opportunity product/case for easy access by CS and/or Delivery.
Meaning, if there is a lead request which only has the status of “Closed” when the opportunity is marked as “Closed-Won”- the request shouldn’t be added to the “Affiliate Leads Estimate Request” field in the relevant opportunity product and case.
Additionally, when an opportunity is moved to “Closed-Won” and there are multiple lead requests and none have the status of “Closed-Accepted”, a pop-up notification will appear for the Opportunity Owner who is trying to update the opportunity status to “Closed-Won” which says:
“Please select a lead estimate request to have the status of “Closed-Accepted”.”
The Opportunity Owner will not be able to move the opportunity to “Closed-Won unless all of the opportunity’s PeerIntent or Signal lead products have an associated lead request with status “Closed-Accepted”.

Add Affiliate CPL to the Estimate to ensure we are at an 80% Gross Margin.
