There are instances when the customer requests that the delivery manager do a check on the leads before they are delivered to them.
When this happens, it means that the auto-delivery of leads from Integrate to the customer needs to be turned off.
Non Integrate-to-Integrate Programs/Sources:
Go to the Source and click on “Terms”.
2. Scroll down to where it says “Review Leads” and check the box.
Moving forward- the progress bar will show if there are leads waiting to be verified and delivered.
If there are leads that are waiting to be verified, click on the link, verify and send the leads.
Integrate-to-Integrate Sources:
In the customer's source, click on "Upload Leads".
In the pop up, tick the "Lead Review" box.
The settings will save automatically.
Checking for leads which are in Review and delivering them:
Open the source's Summary page.
In the Lead Status bar, there is an "In Review" status. If it says 0, there are 0 leads that are in review. If there is a different number, this means that there are leads waiting to be reviewed and delivered.
3. Click on "Leads". The list of leads that are waiting In Review will appear.
4. Click on "In Review".
5. Select the leads that should be delivered to the customer.
6. Click on "Bulk Actions"
7. Check the "Ready to Send" box.
8. Click "Save and reprocess".
9. Go to the Source Summary page, hit the refresh button and ensure that all of the leads successfully went through. The leads will show up in the "Processing" status before the are accepted. None should be rejected.
Rejecting leads that are In Review
If leads were received but they need to be rejected for example because they exceed the pacing limit:
Check the leads that should be rejected
Click on "Bulk Actions"
Check the "Reject the lead (needs work) box
Provide a rejection reason
Click "Send and reprocess".
