PeerQuote Assistant

The PeerQuote Assistant can be accessed but all PeerSpot employees and customer's that have an active reviews subscription.  The assistant can be accessed through the Vendor Dashboard,  it is not in the product dashboard.

The quote assistant is a seamless way to pull the best quotes either in general or focusing on specific topics.  It is great for us to use when preparing for calls and is a great tool for our cutsomers to use when leveraging reviews for marketing and sales.

The first step is to decide where you want to pull quotes from.  You can choose specific products, industries, company sized, published dates etc.  You are also able to exclude specific reviews.  On the bottom right corner you will notice a review count.  This will show the number of reviews being included based on the filters that you select.

Next select how you want the company names to show up for the quotes.  This is especially important of you are sharing these quotes externally. 

Lastly choose what types of quotes you are looking for, choose from the dropdown list if you want a topic that is predetermined.  If you want to look for a specific competitor of feature, you can use the specific feature option and add free text.

Once you have completed all of the above you can click submit.  You will see a status bar and the quotes will begin to populate.  If you would like to download the quotes for further use use the download CSV button.
