If a customer asks us to reject a lead:
Go to “Leads”, click on “DISPOSITIONS,” and download the Disposition file.
The file looks like this:
LeadID, DispositionCode, and CustomReason need to be filled out.
Download the list of leads from the source:
Go to the source in the Summary tab Click on “DOWNLOAD” and download all leads.
Find the lead that needs to be rejected, copy its LeadID and paste it into the Dispositions document under “LeadID”.
Select the DispositionCode and Reason from this Google doc, whichever matches the lead in question’s reason for rejection. The codes are in column B, and CustomReason is in column C.
Paste the code in the Dispositions document under DispositionCode and the reason under CustomReason.
Save the document.
Go back to leads, click “DISPOSITIONS,” and upload the file.
Open either the TA Returns doc or the Infuse Returns doc, depending on who the affiliate is for the rejected leads. Add the rejected lead information to the doc and tag the affiliate so they know there is a request.
Keep track and ensure that the affiliate replaces the rejected lead.
