Frequency: This compliance check should be performed on the first of every month.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Access the Target Products Document: Open the "Target Products" document.
Locate Rocket Leads Tabs: Navigate to the tabs titled “Rocket Leads Yellow” and “Rocket Leads Purple” within the "Target Products" document. These tabs are where the Rocket team records the meetings they book
Identify the Monthly Approved Products List: On the same "Target Products" document, locate the tab corresponding to the current month. These tabs are typically named “Rocket Products [month] 2025” and contain a fresh list of products that the Rocket team is assigned to book meetings for that particular month.
Review Each Meeting Entry for Compliance: For every meeting entry found on the “Rocket Leads Yellow” and “Rocket Leads Purple” tabs, perform two critical checks:
Check Meeting Status: Ensure that the status of the meeting is either “Review captured” or “additional review captured.”
Verify Product Alignment: If the meeting status is correct (as per the previous step), then you must check if the product associated with that meeting is present on the current month’s assigned product list (the "Rocket Products [month] 2025" tab).
Highlight the Meeting Entry Based on Compliance: Based on your verification in the previous step, highlight the entire line of the meeting entry:
If the product is on that month’s assigned list, highlight the line in green.
If the product is NOT on that month’s assigned list, highlight the line in red.
