Marketo
All NON-integrate-to-integrate campaigns must be cloned from this "Master Campaign to CLONE". We are doing this to import the data from Integrate into PeerSpot for reporting purposes, user creation, and the ability to supplement other programs with Intent Leads where and if needed.
The customer needs to fill out this Google doc for the integration to be created.
Send the CSM these instructions for them to send to the client.
Credentials and Fields tab:
The customer is to provide the following credentials for the integration to work:
Client ID
Client Secret
REST API Endpoint URL
REST API Identity URL
Marketo Field Requirements
Program Name (optional)
Program Status (optional)
Source (optional)
Reason (optional)
Column B- The customer will also provide us with a list of field names that they require. E.g.- First Name
Column C- The customer marks if the field should be required or optional.
Column D- The customer specifies the field type that it should be. List, Text, etc.
Column E- The customer lets us know if there should be any validations and, if so, what they should be.
Column F- The customer provides us with an example of how the data should look so it’s clear and understandable.
Picklists tab:
On this page, we provide samples. If the customer has any picklists to provide us with, they will add them to this page.
Domain list tab:
If the customer has a domain list to provide (suppression list or target account list), they will provide this here.
Once all of this information is provided, the delivery manager will proceed to creating the campaign and source.
After the source has been created:
Click on the settings cog on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on ”Integration Hub”.
3. Scroll down until you see “Integration Library”. Click on the plus icon on the “Marketo” option.
4. The following form will pop up; fill out the form:
5. Authentication- Fill in the fields using the corresponding information the customer provided in the Google sheet.
Settings- Name the integration (Naming convention: (vendor name) PeerIntent Hubspot Integration.)
6. Copy the fields exactly as they are in the Google doc in column B and paste them into the “Schema” field.
7. Click “INTEGRATE”.
8. The new integration will be added to the System Integrations list.
9. Add the new Marketo integration to the source by opening the source, clicking on “Integrations” and then “ADD INTEGRATION”.
10. Locate the integration created for this source and add it by clicking on the plus icon.
11. The new integration will be added to the source.
12. Hover over the Marketo integration that was just set up and click on the settings cog.
13. Scroll down to “Mapping” and map the customer’s fields to the PeerSpot fields:
Match each of the PeerSpot fields to the customer fields. Remove any field which isn’t relevant (if the customer doesn’t have a field for it- delete it):
