If possible, try to get metrics or understand what success would look like at the end of the program. We can then focus the campaign to reach the customer’s specific goals.
Strategic Themes:
Ensure that the customer understands the value of the strategic themes. How gathering specific keywords can then very directly impact SEO and increased ranking on Google (via widgets) and get the content they need.
Request messaging docs so that we can create the strategic questionnaire . If they cannot send messaging docs, they can complete the strategic themes form linked on the kickoff doc.
