Strategic Theme Requests: Documentation
We’ve recently implemented a new AI-powered process to streamline STQ creation. This includes generating questions, creating custom questionnaires, and ensuring easy access for our call center and events teams. With this enhancement, we’ll be able to create STQs and custom questionnaires much faster, allowing us to collect reviews more quickly while still maintaining the quality of the questions. As a result, the new SLA will be 7 days instead of 14.
Our long-term goal is to make this process fully automated—where a vendor can generate STQs and a custom questionnaire with just one click, enabling immediate review collection. As we work toward this, I will be refining the process and managing all STQ requests.
Almost all of the questionnaires can now be found on the Offering/Campaign pages on the site. They will be listed under "Custom Questionnaire". You can see an example here. Please note that the questionnaires are now formatted in the form of a CSV and not Google Docs. You can edit this CSV as you like. In addition, all of the downloaded CSVs will be saved in this shared Folder in the Drive. There are also a bunch of questionnaires that we were unable to add to the site for various reasons. These questionnaires can be found on this Google Sheet under the "Active Questionnaires" tab (please do not update/comment on/make changes to those docs, the call center is actively using them).
Regarding the feedback process from vendors (only if relevant), vendors can add comments to the CSVs. My suggestion would be to add their comment in a new column next to the questions they are commenting on. Please note that the CSVs include Standard questions in addition to the Strategic Questions and we are unable to update/change Standard Questions for vendors.
The Strategic Theme Questionnaires are only visible to the call center if there is an Active Campaign. They will only be visible once the campaign has officially started and is marked as "active". Once the campaign has ended, it will no longer be displayed (unless there is an extension).
