Reasons why we would re-order intent leads:
Incorrectly ordered leads
Value add- To appease the customer
Confirmer issues which cause good leads to fall through the cracks
Incorrect lead data in the PeerSpot database which can cause leads to become old if this is caught too late or if the info update takes too long.
Lead rejections due to failed email verification from integration tools such as Integrate and Convertr.
Note - Do not re-order the leads until requesting a replacement from the affiliate. If the affiliate confirms that the lead is valid on their end, re-order a replacement lead.
Approval is required from the Delivery Department Head before ordering any additional intent leads for a customer. Delivery Manager is to request the approval.
