Below are the steps to take in order to standardize the process of identifying, approaching, and securing customers for case studies, ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers.
Look for customers who:
Have expressed satisfaction (via NPS, reviews, or direct feedback)
Have achieved measurable results with our product
Are active advocates or have participated in previous marketing activities
Add the customer here to request approval (Tag the manager of CS)
Send a personalized email to the main contact:
Thank them for their success
Briefly explain the case study purpose and format (interview, written piece, video, etc.)
Highlight benefits to the customer (exposure, recognition, backlink, etc.)
Provide a clear call-to-action to schedule a quick call or approve participation

Hi [Customer's First Name],
I hope you're doing well! I wanted to reach out because we've been really impressed with how you're using PeerSpot, and we'd love to feature your success in a customer case study.
The idea would be to highlight the results you've seen and share your story in a video case study. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your work and give your team some well-deserved recognition.
