When users request to be unsubscribed or removed from our site this is how we delete them.
Email Confirmation:
You will get a request to remove or delete a user via a site notification.
Finding Site User
Go to “Admin”
Choose “User List”
Once inside the tool, you can search for the site user based on their email address, first name, last name, etc.
Unsubscribing/Deleting User
When you find the user you can delete the user or unsubscribe them from all mail.
The majority of the time we will just unsubscribe users unless they specifically state in their email that they wish to be deleted from the site.
To unsubscribe a user from email notifications:
Click on the “N” under the Notifications column.
Choose “unsubscribe all”.
To delete a user from email notifications:
Click the “D” from under the “Deactivate” column.
A pop-up will then appear to confirm that you want to deactivate the user, click “confirm”.
