In cases where >1000 leads are ordered or we have 5+ campaigns for the same end client, it may be beneficial to increase this limit but this will be addressed case by case between Infuse and Delivery.
If a lead cap other than 5 is required, include this in the RFP (lead request) to ensure volumes are properly calculated.

They have recommendations, however, based on research pertaining to buying committees. For instance, SMB and mid-market they recommend around a 3-5 domain cap, with ENT domain cap recommended at 7-10. This would incorporate Director+ titles as this allows organizations to more optimally target the buying committee.

Should they encounter any difficulties reaching the target amount of leads, they will contact Delivery and request to raise the lead cap.
