You need to confirm each person has the correct information and fill in any missing information by checking the following sites:
LinkedIn - Please ensure you take the job title from the lower section of the profile under ‘Experience’ - not from the top of the page under the photo. If LinkedIn says they are from a different country than what is written on our page, please update it to match LinkedIn. If the lead has multiple current jobs - please choose the most IT/technical-related title.
General Internet Search
Look at their email address; you can usually work out their First Name and Second Name from that.
Clicking on G and Li
On the far left of each row, you will see a ‘G’, and on some rows, there is also a ‘Li’.
If you click on the G, it will open a new tab and automatically search for the name + company name of the person in Google to aid your research of them.
If you click on Li, that will take you to that person's LinkedIn account, or do a search on LinkedIn for you, which you can use to check his details.

Confirming the phone number:
Use ZoomInfo and Lusha to find direct phone numbers. If you find a direct phone number add it to the Phone1 field. Move the existing Phone1 number to Phone2.
Company Sizes:
The company sizes are the same as LinkedIn provides, with the same letter coding:
A = Self-employed
B = 1-10 employees
C = 11-50 employees
D = 51-200 employees
E = 201-500 employees
F = 501-1000 employees
G = 1001-5000 employees
H = 5001-10,000 employees
I = 10,001+ employees
State/City/Zip Code:
For all US and Canadian names, please also fill in this information. It is not necessary for any other country.
Once you have checked all the information is correct, called, and checked the phone number works, please click the ‘U’ in the ‘Called and Confirm’ column. You will see the line go green. Please click ‘Unuse’ in the ‘Mark’ column if you cannot verify the person. You will see the line go red.
Please refresh the page every 10 minutes to ensure you are working on the most up-to-date information - the page will constantly add new names to the list.
Pain Points:
If a lead tries to download a buyer's guide with their personal email address, they will receive an error message. The only time we will have leads with personal email addresses are in the following situations:
They initially signed up to our site via LinkedIn, which is connected to their personal email address
They were initially given to us via a vendor to solicit them for a review, and therefore, their account was created with their personal email.
Note: If there are issues with confirmed leads, add the relevant info to this sheet.
Confirming Unusable Leads
Sometimes, the ‘confirmers’ (outsourced hires who check the lead info and mark them as either ‘usable’ or ‘unusable’) mark some leads as ‘unusable’, even though they should have been marked as ‘usable’.
