We use PS intent data when requesting a new estimate from our affiliates. Although this is not actually indicative of the affiliate's max potential, we still must provide said affiliate with this list and ask them for an estimate just with PS's Intent and another estimate with just their intent. This way we will be able to see our affiliate's max volume.
Once the request has been put through on Trello (with all the correct information outlined here: “What to add”) complete the following process to request an estimate from our affiliates:
Open the program's campaign.
Check the campaign, ensure all filters are correct and any ABM/Suppression lists have been attached to the campaign scroll down to the affiliate lead tool.
3. In order to get a proper estimate choose the “3 Month” option from the dropdown listed at the top of the “Affiliate Lead Tool”
4. Click on any of the checkboxes (copied below) for any of the following reasons:
a. “Include Category Names”: Choose this option for when a Sales/CS member requests an estimate broken down by category. This is the only way for the affiliates to separate our domain list by topic.
b. “Include Countries”: Choose this option if the Sales/CS member requests an estimate broken down by GEO.
c. “Include Company Sizes”: Choose this option if the Sales/CS member requests an estimate broken down by Company Size.
d. “Include Company Names”/”Include Buyer Intent Score”: Both these options are not relevant to the current campaigns we run.
5. Once that is done click “Download Domains CSV” for an email containing the domains to be sent to your email address. (Note you do not need to be the delivery manager listed on the campaign in order to receive the email, you just need to be logged in to your PS account!)
6. Once the email with the domains gets delivered (note: this can take over an hour), include the list in an email to our affiliates.
