To supplement PeerIntent programs with site leads, a new Integrate source needs to be created within the existing Integrate campaign where the PeerIntent program source is stored. Following this, a file containing the leads must be manually uploaded to the new source.
Important: When supplementing a PeerIntent leads program, let the Data Engineer know so they can hard code the campaign ID into the query which updates the numbers in the Salesforce case. This way, the numbers in Salesforce are including both the site leads as well as the intent leads.
Process:
Open Integrate and locate the campaign of the PeerIntent program that needs supplementing.
2. Click on the campaign, and click "ADD NEW SOURCE" on the top right side of the screen.
4. Select the "Add Manual Upload Source" option.
5. Click on "Check out your new source".
6. Name the source.
7. Check the "General Settings", make sure that all of the information is correct.
8. Go to the "Terms" tab and update the "Allocation Per Source" to have the amount of leads that you are supplementing with. Check that all of the other information is correct. Hit "Save".
9. Click on "VIEW CAMPAIGN" and select the original source of the campaign (the one that was created for the PeerIntent program).
10. Open its "Terms" tab and update the "Total Allocation Per Source" value to exclude the amount of leads that are being supplemented. Click "Save".
11. Fields: Ensure that all of the fields are identical to the original source's fields, including names, lists, validations etc.
Setting Up Auto-Delivery for Supplemented Site Leads:
Manual Delivery of Supplemented Site Leads:
1. On PeerSpot.com, open either the M&P by campaign page or the M&P by filter page, depending on where the leads that are supplementing the program are being located. Select the leads and download them as a CSV.
2. Copy the lead information from the CSV that was downloaded from PeerSpot, to the empty template that was downloaded from the Integrate source.
3. In the newly created Integrate source, on the summary page, Click "Upload Leads".
4. Browse and select the template file that was filled out with the lead information. Upload the file.
5. To see if the leads were successfully uploaded and accepted by the source, there is a status bar in the "Summary" tab of the source. Hit refresh until all of the leads have been processed.
6. If any of the leads were rejected, download the list of leads by clicking on "Download Leads" and selecting the "Rejected Leads" option. In the downloaded file there will be information regarding why the lead was rejected. Try to make adjustments to the lead info and re-upload until it gets accepted.
