Infuse Only:
To be provided in Integrate source:
Start & End Dates
Important delivery information should be added to the "Campaign Description" field in the General Settings tab of the source.
More detailed information and instructions regarding the program should be included as a Word Doc or Excel file under 'Assets' in the Integrate source.
Suppression lists (when applicable) should be included as a suppression list with Validations for Email or Company Names in the source, to the Email Address or Company Name field.
Targeting Requirements - Industry & Company Size should be provided in the respective validation fields in the Integrate source.
Allowed Values indicate the requirements.
Affiliate Order Forms- Process:*
Place the order with an affiliate by filling out the Order Form (Google Sheet) as follows:
Delivery Manager (full name)
Strategic Account? (Relevant for Infuse only) Check the box if the program is being run for a strategic account (it will say so in Salesforce).
Program Start Date (not relevant for Infuse)
Program End Date (not relevant for Infuse) whatever the end date is in the case, but with a 5 business day buffer. E.g. in the case it's 7/30/2024, so in the order form add as 7/23/2024.
Customer Name (E.g. Dell)
Lead ID When a campaign is created for a PeerIntent program, create this code which is based on the campaign ID. For Infuse the code starts with INT-FFA-ESF-xxxx. Where the xxxx paste the campaign ID. For example, it will look something like INT-FFA-ESF-4559.
Lead Goal The total amount of leads that need to be delivered by Infuse for this program.
Category Specifics
Example
Fill out the category name/s (the Category ID and Asset will automatically be updated once the category is filled out)
If there are custom questions, add them to the doc in the Question/Answer 1, Question/Answer 2 etc. fields.
The field symbols are taken from the PeerSpot website. When adding a custom question to a category, each question is given a field symbol. Copy it and paste it to the corresponding Field Symbol field.
Geos Provide the relevant geos for the program
Company Size (not relevant for Infuse) Provide the relevant company sizes for the program
Industry (not relevant for Infuse) If there are specific industries the customer wants to exclude or exclusively deliver leads from, specify them in this field along with if they should be suppressed/approved.
Vendor ABM If the vendor provided an ABM or TAL, create a Google sheet which contains the domains and add it as a link to this field.
PeerSpot Website intent- Leave it as N/A
Vendor Suppression List (not relevant for Infuse)
Important Notes Make sure to add any important notes in regards to the program in this field. It is important to ensure that they are consistent with the important notes that are provided in the Integrate source (perhaps it is best to copy and paste them to the source for consistency purposes).
Integrate Source Add the PeerSpot/Infuse Integrate source ID to this field.
Titles Add the job title list as a Google doc to this field.
*Infuse's order form is slightly different. It doesn't include certain fields such as company size and industry. The reason for this is because we provide this information in the Integrate source, so they would prefer to receive the information there.
Custom/BANT questions:
All custom/BANT questions should be added to the Category Specifics sheets.
There are two types of questions:
Filter question- This is a yes/no question. Sometimes the customer will only want us to send them leads who have only answered “yes” to the question. On the Category Specifics doc, make sure to note this. It is recommended to mark an answer that should be disqualified in bold and red, with the word (disqualify) next to it.
Informative question- A question which will give a bunch of multiple choice answers for the leads to choose from.
Urgent Requests/Updates for Affiliates
In such cases:
A comment must be added to the order sheet
An email must be sent to the lead affiliate team to ensure prompt attention.
The email sent to the affiliate must contain the vendor name and campaign ID in the subject line. This ensures that the communication is clear, concise, and easily identifiable.
Additionally, it helps the affiliate team to prioritize and process the request without any confusion or delay.
Overall, the Ordering Sheet policy aims to streamline our ordering process and improve our returns process while ensuring clear communication and transparency with our affiliates. By following these guidelines, we can better serve our clients and ensure successful campaigns.
